Info for Residents

Annual dues are currently $200 per home per year. Your Board puts in significant effort to keep these dues low and to keep decision making within the neighborhood. If it became necessary to engage an outside management company, these dues would increase significantly.  Invoices are sent out in December with a January 2 due date and are considered paid in advance.

Those dues pay for items such as landscaping and common area maintenance, water, electricity, insurance, social events and meetings, and office supplies and postage.

Please observe all STOP signs and our 25 MPH speed limit. Because we do not have sidewalks in the neighborhood, we have neighbors who use the streets for walking, including with children, pet walking, bicycle riding, etc.

Anyone walking pets is required to have them on leashes when outside for the protection of the pet and neighbors. Pet waste must be removed by the owner as well.

Automobiles parked on the street must not block driveways or mailboxes.

Recreational vehicles including boats, pick-up campers, mini motor homes, buses, commercial vehicles, motor homes or trailers of any kind must be parked or stored in an enclosed garage and may not be parked on the street or in any open parking area. No unused or inoperable vehicles shall be permitted on any lot.

For safety and aesthetic reasons, garage doors should remain closed except when exiting and entering.
